Overview
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of this service. By using any part of the service, you agree to all provisions herein. If you disagree with any provision, you must cease use immediately. These Terms override any prior agreements.
User Eligibility
Users must be at least 13 years old, or older if local laws require. By registering, you confirm you meet the eligibility criteria and have legal capacity. Unauthorized or underage use is the responsibility of the guardian. We may require age verification at any time.
Account Setup & Security
To use certain features, you must register an account with valid contact information. You are responsible for any actions taken under your account credentials. Keep your password secure and notify support of any unauthorized access immediately. All account activity is presumed to be yours.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use the service solely for lawful purposes. Prohibited behaviors include distributing malicious code, unauthorized access attempts, and infringement of intellectual property rights. You must not interfere with the service’s operation or security. Breaches may result in immediate account suspension.
Content Ownership & License
All content you submit remains your property, but you grant the service a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute it. You represent that you have all necessary rights to grant this license. The service may remove or refuse any content that violates these Terms. You agree to indemnify for any third-party claims arising from your content.
Fees & Billing
Certain features require payment of fees as displayed at checkout. All fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise. You agree to pay all applicable taxes and charges. Failure to pay may result in suspension of access to paid features.
Subscription Renewal
Paid subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 48 hours before renewal. You can disable auto-renewal via your account dashboard. Disabling auto-renewal stops future charges but does not refund the current period. No pro-rata refunds are provided.
Updates & Modifications
The service may modify, enhance, or discontinue features at any time, with or without notice. Significant changes affecting functionality will be announced at least seven days in advance when possible. Continued use after updates signifies acceptance of the changes. No compensation is due for modifications.
Suspension & Termination
Accounts may be suspended or terminated for any violation of these Terms, security issues, or operational needs. Notice will be given when feasible. Upon termination, all licenses granted to you immediately cease. You must delete any local copies of materials obtained through the service.
Intellectual Property Rights
All software, design, and content are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. No ownership rights are transferred to you under these Terms. You are granted only a limited license to use the service. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or derivative works are prohibited.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the service operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will first attempt to resolve through negotiation. If unresolved within thirty days, disputes may proceed to arbitration or court. Each party bears its own legal fees unless otherwise determined.
